Registration for employees participating in Marvelous’s corporate, loyalty, or reward-based programs will be governed by the mutual terms of understanding established between Marvelous and the respective corporation or agency. To complete registration under these programs, individuals may be required to provide identification credentials such as their official employee ID number, corporate email address, or any other form of verification as stipulated in the agreement. The benefits and offerings under such programs are strictly reserved for eligible employees. Sharing, transferring, or misusing these privileges without prior written consent from Marvelous is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification or further legal implications./p>
Product/Service Description
Marvelous specializes in crafting bespoke destination travel experiences and curated holiday packages, with a strong emphasis on providing comprehensive travel, leisure, and incentive-based programs tailored for business entities and corporate clientele.
Services may include—though are not limited to—transportation arrangements, hotel bookings, sightseeing excursions, guided tours, activity coordination, and other travel-related assistance, all facilitated through Marvelous and its network of partners.
Each product and service offered on our platform comes with a specific validity period and set of terms and conditions governing its use. Certain packages, particularly those involving outdoor adventure or physically demanding activities, may be accompanied by health and safety advisories. By purchasing or availing such services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you have understood the associated risks, disclaimers, and terms. Marvelous, along with its representatives and partners, shall not be held accountable for any unforeseen incidents or consequences arising from the use of such products or services.
Please note, Marvelous does not own, operate, or manage airlines, shipping lines, transport services, hotel chains, or other travel-related service providers. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for delays, disruptions, or inadequacies in services rendered by independent third parties.
Pricing and Payment
All offers are contingent upon current availability and verification. Pricing and availability are confirmed only once the booking is officially acknowledged by the User and a reservation has been secured.
The specifics of what your tour price includes will be clearly outlined in the official quote shared by Marvelous. Any component not explicitly listed under the "Inclusions" section shall be considered excluded from the total cost. In the event of surges in airfare or airline-imposed taxes—particularly due to fuel price volatility—Marvelous reserves the right to adjust the final invoice accordingly.
Changes enacted by governmental or regulatory bodies, such as alterations in GST, service tax, state-imposed levies, or shifts in currency exchange rates, may necessitate post-booking price revisions. Should the User elect to pay the entire booking amount upfront, the quoted price will be honored at the time of payment, provided no extraordinary changes have occurred.
Marvelous may levy a service fee to cover operational and administrative efforts involved in organizing the trip.
Exclusive offers, discounts, and promotional packages are subject to their individual terms, validity periods, and availability, which will be governed by the agreement between Marvelous and the respective supplier. It is the User’s responsibility to verify the validity and conditions of any promotional offer prior to selection. Note that certain packages may be unavailable during peak travel seasons, long weekends, or major holidays. Users are advised to review all relevant clauses carefully before confirming any reservation.
For payments made via cheque, please ensure it is drawn in favor of “Marvelous” and is payable at Delhi. Outstanding invoices not cleared within 14 calendar days from the billing date will incur a late payment interest at a rate of 18% per annum.
Marvelous has authorized Razorpay as its official online payment gateway. Please note that as a merchant, Marvelous is not responsible for transaction failures due to credit card limits or authorization refusals by your bank. Any dispute in this regard must be resolved between the User and their financial institution.
Certain banks or digital payment platforms may apply an additional service charge—referred to as Payment Servicing Fees—which are borne solely by the User. These fees are not included in the package amount quoted or reflected in official receipts issued by Marvelous.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation Charges:If the User decides to cancel a booking, applicable charges will be determined based on how far in advance Marvelous is notified, and by the respective cancellation rules of hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors. A non-refundable service fee will also be charged.
Some properties, especially those during peak seasons or under strict booking conditions, may enforce a “non-cancellation, non-amendment” policy—meaning that once booked, the reservation is locked, and no refund will be possible under any circumstances.
Failure to modify or cancel your reservation within the allowable timeframe defined by the respective package or hotel policy will result in automatic deductions, including applicable room or service rates, taxes, and cancellation charges.
As of now, the standard cancellation service fee per flight is INR 236 per person per journey for domestic routes and INR 472 per person per journey for international routes.
Corporate-specific offers or business travel programs may have different cancellation structures based on contractual agreements between Marvelous and the organization.
Cancellation/Amendment/Delay in Transportation Services:
Any cancellations, changes, or delays initiated by airlines, railways, or coach operators shall not warrant refunds for the related land services, such as hotel stays, guided tours, or activity-based packages. Refunds, if any, will be governed strictly by the terms of the respective suppliers involved.
Refunds
Refund Requests:To be eligible for a refund, the User must submit a formal written request within three working days of the scheduled completion date of the services. Requests raised beyond this timeline may not be considered.
All refund claims related to international bookings will be processed in Indian Rupees and shall comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and foreign exchange regulations.
Requests for refunds due to early check-outs or shortened stays will only be entertained if accompanied by legitimate proof from the vendor or service provider.
Approval from the respective vendor is mandatory for initiating any refund. If the supplier rejects the claim or deducts administrative fees, Marvelous cannot override such decisions.
Please note that refunds will not be granted for partially consumed services, unused benefits, or in cases of "no-show" where the user fails to arrive without prior notice or modification.
If refund is approved, the amount will be credited in respective bank source within 7-10 days.
